- Billing information: subscription plan, billing status, and Stripe customer identifiers. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, not stored on our servers.
- Listing and property data: addresses, property details, photos, descriptions, pricing, marketing content, tasks, showings, and related workflow data you enter or upload.
- Lead and contact information: names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, and source information submitted through property sites or entered by your team.
- Seller portal data: seller names, contact details, and listing activity shared with sellers through secure portal links.
- Usage and technical data: log data, device and browser type, IP address, authentication cookies, and actions taken within the Service.
- AI-related inputs and outputs: prompts and content you submit to AI features, and generated text or insights returned to your workspace.
